The blue, yellow and blue circular emblem of Jammu and Kashmir State Pollution Control Board (JKSPCB) has a globe referring to earth with blue horizontal and wavy lines depicting atmosphere, sky and water, yellow earth, with ‘J&K’ written in blue between two blue lines. The acronym is written below the circular seal in green. The colour blue symbolises all the elements of nature, serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, calmness, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty; yellow denotes happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity and the green denotes symbolises all the elements of nature, agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth. Overall, the emblem represents the mountainous State well.
