The colour deep green symbolises all the elements of nature, agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

Its emblem has a sixteen petalled lotus drawn like a 'rangoli' holding an orange circle having its name written in a Devanagari looking typeface, in which ‘o’s are treated as cut vegetable and tomato and ‘l’ like a stem of cereal.
