This seal is supported by the motifs of a handshake at the bottom and a pair of sugarcanes on the sides. The name of the bank is inscribed on a banner in English, which is placed below the handshake. Its initials are placed at the bottom. The corn and the sugarcanes refers to agriculture, agricultural banking and financing; the handshake refers to cooperation, trust and partnership.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English.
