The circular seal of District Co-Operative Bank Ltd. Hardoi (DCB Hardoi) features a pair of hands shaking placed on a green circle with red outline and ensconced by a circular border with red outline inscribed with its name and place in Devanagari. The seal is supported by a pair of laurels on sides and a blue banner inscribed with its motto in Sanskrit ‘संघे शक्ति सर्वदा’ meaning ‘Unity is Strength Forever’.The handshake refers to goodwill, agreement, or farewell, representing trust, respect, and equality; the laurels refer to ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication; the colour green denotes agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige and wealth; the colour blue denotes serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty.
