(HDCCB) features crests of cereal entwined by a vine of betel with a pair of leaves placed inside a circular border inscribed with its name and year of its establishment in Bengali and ensconced by a gear wheel with nine teeth. The Cereal and betel vine refers to the local agricultural produces; the gear wheel refers to industry, progress, and the bank's role in modernizing the agricultural sector and the colour green signifies industry, progress, and the bank's role in modernizing the agricultural sector.

The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’.
