In the middle, over the letter ‘b’ a pair of twigs with leaves are placed. The rainbow coloured handholds refer to goodwill, agreement, or farewell, representing trust, respect, and equality; the twigs refer to peace, harmony, unity and interconnectedness and the rainbow colours denote growth, nature, or sustainability. The overall design conveys themes of community, diversity, unity, and growth.
