The parallelogram shaped word mark logo of Antrix Corporation Limited (ACL) has a white arc connecting opposite corners of white dividing the area into two, of which the left top left is filled with violet and the bottom right with light blue. On the light blue portion, its acronym is written in Devanagari and English using sans serif italics. The violet refers to the dark space and the blue refers to the sky.

It was established by the Bar Council of India Trust - Pearl First through a Statute of the Goa Legislature. The emblem of the university is a brown colour shield with thick golden borders holding the motifs of the globe and a map of India. The name of the university surmounts these motifs. The acronym of the university’s name is written on a golden banner below the shield. At the bottom the name of the promoters are written. SANGEET NATAK AKADEMI The Sangeet Natak Akademi - India's national academy for music, dance and drama - is the first national academy of the arts setup by the Republic of India. It was created on May 31, 1952. SAKTA TILAK Sakta or Shakta sect is the name of a Hindu sect, whose members worship the female principle of energy, which is the counterpart of the god Siva.
