These are ensconced by a red circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. The lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; the book refers to learning, education, knowledge, and wisdom; the rays of light denote divine presence, enlightenment, hope, and purification.
