The cyan colour SKM Yoga has a lotus spread  supporting circle with a yogi surmounted by its name and supported by its motto in Sanskrit ‘विवेकख्यातिरविप्लवा हानोपायः’ (2.26, Yog SUtra, Patanjali) meaning ‘Uninterrupted Practice of Discrimination (between Real and Unreal)is the means to Liberation and the Cessation of Ignorance’. The cyan colour denotes sky, hope and spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation and emotional balance.
