The circular emblem of Institute of Teaching & Research in Ayurveda (ITRA) in the tones of green and orange has a motif of a person in meditation held by an assemblage of leaves. These are ensconced by its name written in the form of a circle in English and Devanagari. At the bottom, its motto in Sanskrit ‘सर्वमूह्यमगाधार्थम्’ meaning ‘For the Sake of All Mystery and Depth’. The yogi and the leaves denote nature and cure and the colour green denotes life, regeneration, growth and wellbeing.
