The emblem of Amirtham College of Education (Amirtham  Education) features a Dharma Chakra with an open book in the centre and ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. Below the seal, on a banner, the motto of the college ‘Educate to Lead’ is inscribed. The Dharma Chakra is the wheel of life and dharma. It is an ancient and powerful symbol representing the teachings of the Buddha and the path to enlightenment. While primarily a cornerstone of Buddhist iconography, it is a pan-Indian symbol also significant in Hinduism and Jainism, representing cosmic order, righteousness, and moral duty. The book denotes knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.

MAULANA AZAD NATIONAL URDU UNIVERSITY Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is a Central University established by an Act of Parliament in 1998. The logo of the university has two strokes of orange and green forming the shape of ‘U’ in tricolour and has a ‘Ashoka Chakra’ at its top. This is supported by an open book on which images of an atom and a burning candle are depicted. Its name is written in Urdu atop the emblem on a banner; written in Devanagari on a banner above the logo and in English at its bottom. The book represents knowledge and education; the atom denotes science and the candle denotes light and guidance to discover the unknown.

SANT GAHIRA GURU VISHWAVIDYALAYA The circular emblem of Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya (SGCG), formerly known a s Sarguja University has a circular border in orange and green and has its name, place and motto inscribed in Devanagari and supported by a pair of tribal ornaments. The motto is written in Sanskrit which is an extract from the Kathopanishad ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’, (Shloka 11, Ishopanishad) meaning ‘Immortality is Gained from Learning’.
