INTERNATIONAL TRAINING CENTRE FOR FOOD SAFETY AND APPLIED NUTRITION

The International Training Centre for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (ITCFSAN) is a state-of the-art training facility located in the premises of Export Inspection Agency (EIA) at Mumbai. The centre is established through an alliance between food regulatory bodies of India - viz. Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and Export Inspection Council (EIC) and Global Food Safety Partnership (GFSP), an initiative of the World Bank. Its logo is a monogram using the colours of Indian tricolour and its acronym. The ‘f’ is written in the same style as in FSSAI. Its name is written below the monogram.

MAULANA AZAD NATIONAL URDU UNIVERSITY Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is a Central University established by an Act of Parliament in 1998. DigiLocker provides an account in cloud to every Indian citizen to access authentic documents and certificates such as driving licence, vehicle registration, academic mark list in digital format from the original issuers of these certificates. UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU The University of Jammu (UoJ) came into existence in 1969 through the Kashmir and Jammu Universities Act 1969 following bifurcation of the erstwhile University of Jammu and Kashmir. The circular emblem of the university has an open book supporting a lotus with a background of mountains and surmounted by atomic structure. These are ensconced by a yellow circular border which carries its motto in Sanskrit ‘तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय’ (Yajnavalkya,1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead me to Light’ on one side and its name in Kashmiri on the other side. The name of the university is written on A banner at the bottom. The open book denotes education, knowledge and wisdom; the lotus symbolises purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty; the mountains represent the Himalayan Mountains and the atomic structure denotes science and science education.
