These motifs are supported by a its short name ‘सहकारी बैंक छतरपुर’ and surmounted by its motto in Devanagari ‘सशक्त सहकारिता; समृद्ध मध्यप्रदेश’ meaning ‘Strong Cooperation; Prosperous Madhya Pradesh’. The upward pointing arrows refer to growth, dynamism, ambition and achievement; the wheat stalks framing the central design are symbolic of agriculture, prosperity, and the rural communities that the cooperative bank serves and the handshake refers to; cooperation, agreement, togetherness, support and strength. The colours orange and green signifies nationalism.

KARNATAKA POLICE Police in Karnataka were called by various names in different regions. After initiation of policing, they were initially called Thoti, Talwar, Umbalidhar, Kattubidi, Neeraganti etc. The police primarily with policing used to do other jobs entrusted to them.
