EMBLEM OF TELANGANA
The State emblem of Telangana has Kakatiya Kala Thoranam in the middle and the Charminar inside it and bordered in green. The emblem is a circular seal consisting of the Kakatiya Kala Thoranam and Charminar with Sarnath Sarnath Lion Capital above. It has ‘Government of Telangana’ in English, ‘Telangana Sarkar’ in Urdu and ‘Telangana Prabhutvamu’ in Telugu. Satyameva Jayate is written in Sanskrit. The emblem was designed by painter Laxman Aelay and was adopted on June 2, 2014 after the newly formed government headed by K. Chandrashekar Rao adopted it. It was the first file to be signed by him after swearing in. Subsequently, Charminar was included on the advice of Asaduddin Owaisi. Initially the national motto was written below the emblem, which was corrected on representation by Kadyans, with an amendment approved by the Government of Telangana on June 25, 2014. This was carried out by the designer, by moving the Satyameva Jayate below the Sarnath Lion Capital, complying with the national norm. The Government of Telangana emblem can be represented on a white background.

The emblem of the university is circular and made up of elements in yellow, orange and red shades. At its centre is the map of Rajasthan State with a staff encircled with a pair of serpents and wings symbolising Greek and Roman Gods of health called Hermes and Mercury adapted as a symbol of modern medical science along with the year of its establishment ‘2006 A.D’. The map is encircled by a pair of twigs of leaves which in Western philosophy symbolises Olive branches which is an expression of peace, love and harmony. Indian philosophy depicts the vanaspathi (also called aushadhi) held in the hands of Dhanvantri (God of Indian medicine), which is the source of all medicines. SIDO KANHU MURMU UNIVERSITY The erstwhile Sido Kanhu University (SKU), now rechristened Sido Kanhu Murmu University (SKMU) was founded on January 10, 1992 by an act of Bihar Legislative Assembly. With the formation of the State of Jharkhand in 2000 the university comes under the new State Government of Jharkhand. The circular emblem of the university has a stem of tendu with three leaves surrounded by a swan, palash flower, mahua flower bud and its motto in Sanskrit ‘नीरक्षीरविवेकिनी  विद्या’ meaning ‘Education to Discriminate Water and Milk’. These are ensconced by a circle which bears its name in Devanagari and English and its year of establishment. At the bottom, the traditional drum used by the tribal population is placed. All these are circumscribed by a traditional running design of the locale. The motifs of all the elements used in the emblem are representative of the State and the geography the university is located in.

PRADHAN MANTRI JAN AROGYA YOJANA Ensuring good health cover or quality hospital services for the citizens of India, the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) was launched in 2018 by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Also known as the Ayushman Bharat Yojana or the National Health Protection Scheme, the initiative aims at making required interventions in the healthcare systems in the country. The PM-JAY logo shows the expanded form written in Devanagari script at the top. The middle part shows the icon of a human being sitting in an upright position and is preceded by petals of a flower, which symbolizes sound health and wellbeing. This spot also mentions आयुष्मान भारत in Devanagari script, which indicates longevity or long life of human beings. The acronym of the scheme is given at the bottom.

8 MOUNTAIN DIVISION The 8 Mountain Division was raised in 1963 to combat insurgency in Nagaland. The Counter Insurgency and Jungle Warfare (CIJW) School was established at Vairangte, Mizoram to impart pre-induction training to all the incoming units. Towards the end of the 1960s, this Division had well over thirty battalions under command, including those of the Assam Rifles and the other Central Police Organisations. The formation badge and sleeve patch of this Division has numeral 8 in gold with red dagger through the centre on black background.

CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH BIHAR Central University of South Bihar (CUSB), Gaya, India, is one among fifty four such universities of the Central Government. It was established as Central University of Bihar (CUB) and the name since changed by the Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2014 to Central University of South Bihar (CUSB). The Executive Council of the Central University of Bihar passed a resolution and accepted the logo of the university on November 20, 2010. VIT BHOPAL UNIVERSITY VIT Bhopal University is a private university in Kothri Kalan in Sehore district, Madhya Pradesh, India. It was established by the Vellore Institute of Technology. The blue colour emblem of VIT is the Sri Jalakandeswarar temple, located within Vellore Fort. Its gopuram and walls are prominent in this circular emblem with ‘VIT’ written above. This is ensconced in a circular border on which the name is written. At the bottom, on a banner, its motto is written in Tamil ‘உழைப்பே உயர்வுதரும்’ meaning ‘Only Labour shall Elevate’ is written. CENTRAL WATER COMMISSION The circular seal of the Central Water Commission has a five petalled flower with a water dam, a powerline on sea water, a borewell pump, plants of cereal and a high tension transmission line each placed inside a petal. The flower is placed in an orange circle and this assembly is ensconced by a yellow circular border, on which its name in Devanagari and English and its motto in Sanskrit ‘आपो ज्योति रसोऽमृतम’ meaning ‘May That Awakens Our Intelligence’ are inscribed. The motifs inside the petals refer to the applications of water in daily life of society.
