INTERNATIONAL CENTRE OF EDUCATION
Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education, an integral part of Sri Aurobindo Ashram, serves as a field of experiment and research in education. To give a concrete shape to his vision, the Mother opened a school for children on December 2, 1943. Since then, the school has continued to grow and experiment on various educational problems and issues. In 1959, the Mother decided to rename it ‘Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education’. The symbol of Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education is described as “The effective manifestation of Ishwara and Ishwari in union.”

KONERU LAKSHMAIAH EDUCATION FOUNDATION Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation (KLEF) has been deemed to be university since 2009. Earlier it was known as Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering (KLCE) and Koneru Lakshmaiah University, located in Vaddeswaram, Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh. The red and blue emblem of the foundation has a gear wheel with twelve teeth of which nine bear the symbols of nine planets. It houses the motifs of a factory, atomic symbol, a bridge and a transmission tower within a circle. There is a border around the circle bearing its name and its motto ‘Knowledge Leadership Universality’. The gear wheel symbolises interconnectedness; efficiency and precision; progress and advancement; synchronisation and timing and order and structure. The other motifs denote the fields of engineering the university offers to the students. The icons of nine planets may signify the relevance and wishes of the university to benefit from their movements.

POOJYA DODDAPPA APPA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (PDA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING) The emblem of Poojya Doddappa Appa College of Engineering (PDA College of Engineering) features gearwheel inscribed with its name and its motto in Sanskrit ‘विद्या गुरूणां गुरुः’ (Guru Vishnu Sharma, Hitopdesha) meaning ‘Education is the Teacher of the Teachers’ inscribed on it;  holding an image of a lighthouse above water. The gearwheel is supported by a pair of smaller gear wheels at the bottom sides. The motifs of a structural bridge and electrical transmission towers are placed inside the smaller gear wheels referring to the study of engineering. The name of the place of college is written below the gearwheel. The gearwheels denote interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the lighthouse refers to guidance, safety and resilience.
