In 1955-56 to promote the nascent Indian engineering sector which was in the process of diversifying and restructuring the narrow export base of the industry and it needed a strong push - the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) India was set up in 1955 under the sponsorship of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India, for export promotion of engineering goods, projects and services from India. Curently it is known as EEPC India. EEPC India has been the face of Indian engineering exports over a span of 67 years and is regarded as the model EPC in India by the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Its blue and grey coloured logo has it name written in bold sans serif letters. At its bottom its motto ‘Engineering the Future’ is written in black.

The Government of Andhra Pradesh established the Dravidian University in 1997 at the tri-lingual junction, Kuppam in Chittoor District through a Legislature Act of Andhra Pradesh and conceived as an interstate institution. SHRI RAMSWAROOP MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY  Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU) was established by Uttar Pradesh State Government ACT 1 of 2012. SRMU is built upon the excellence of Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Group of Professional Colleges (SRMGPC) in engineering and business education. Its emblem has a red pot of nectar spewing out from a red vessel which has its motto ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’ meaning ‘Knowledge enjoys Immortality’ taken from Ishopanishad Verse 11, written on and supported by the blue globe with latitudinal and longitudinal lines. The spewed nectar falls as drops for the stakeholders benefit. These are ensconced in a border on which its name and the State is inscribed. GOA UNIVERSITY Goa University (GU) has three campuses in Panaji, Margao and Vasco da Gama. Its history dates back to the 17th century, when the Portuguese established the first university courses in Goa. However, it wasn't until after Goa was annexed by India that the university was consolidated, with the University of Mumbai establishing the Centre for Postgraduate Instruction and Research (CPIR) in Panaji in 1962.
