The emblem of Uttar Pradesh Parivahan Nigam (UPPN) in red colour has a red colour double ended arrow forming a loop as its motif depicting a road turnabout. Its tagline in Devanagari ‘आपका अपना साथी’ meaning ‘Your Own Friend’ is written in black at the bottom. Its name in Devanagari surmounts the motif. The colour red symbolises passion, power, strength, courage, determination, energy and celebration and the colour black symbolises  mystery, power, elegance and sophistication.

At the bottom, a banner inscribed with the motto of the college in Tamil ‘‘கற்றனைத் தூறும் அறிவு’ (Thiruvalluvar, 396, Thirukkural) meaning ‘Knowledge Grows As Much As One Learns’ is inscribed is placed on the seal. Athiyaman and Avvaiyar refer to history and heritage; the book, sun and the humans refer to education and educational achievement; the tree refers to nature, sustenance and growth; the computer refers to technology; and the dam refers to the local landmark.
