The emblem of Yogananda Institute of Technology and Science (YITS) features the letter ‘Y’ supporting a yogi and the image of Lord Balaji placed in a gearwheel. Its motto in Telugu ‘’ meaning is written below ‘Y’. The gearwheel is circumscribed by the name and place of the college with a circular outline. Lord Balaji is the presiding deity of Tirupati and His blessings and guidance are sought for knowledge and education; and the gearwheel denotes interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
