The emblem of Anurag Group of Institutions features an abstract blue colour ‘A’ in the form of a triangle superscribed with an open book and a gearwheel and surmounted by the name ‘Anurag’  in black serif capitals. Its tagline ‘Engineering Engineers’ is written at the bottom. The triangle symbolises stability, balance, power and growth; the gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom.

KALINGA INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) was established in 1992 as a vocational training centre with two staff and twelve students. KIIT owes its existence to the vision of its founder Prof. Achyuta Samanta. The green colour emblem of the institute has a bottom half of a gear wheel supporting the acronym ‘KIIT’ of its name in which the two ‘i’s depicting two humans. The gear wheel symbolises interconnectedness; efficiency and precision; progress and advancement; synchronisation and timing and order and structure.
