The emblem of Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology (SIECT) features a blue circle holding the motifs of globe held by three humans placed inside a gearwheel surmounted by the motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय’ and in Telugu ‘తమసోమా జ్యోతిర్గమయ’ (Yajnavalkya, 1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead Me to Light’. The blue circle is ensconced by a yellow border inscribed with the name and place of the college. The gearwheel denotes engineering, technology, and the industrial aspect of the institution's focus, emphasizing practical application and mechanical principles. ; the globe held by humans signifies teamwork, collective effort, and the role of individuals in achieving global excellence and progress within the field of engineering.
