The emblem of Vignana Bharathi Institute of Technology (VBIT) features an abstract ‘B’ in orange supporting an inverted tip of a pencil also depicted as a paper cone in the shape of  ‘V’. The name of the college is written in an experimental extrabold typeface in capitals. The pencil symbolises potential and courage to express oneself, representing the ability to change destinies through writing and the necessity of growth and adaptation through sharpening one's skills. It also represents the ongoing process of refining one's knowledge and bearing difficulties to achieve goals and make significant changes.
