The emblem of Jayamukhi Institute of Technological Sciences (JITS) features an image of Goddess Saraswati on a lotus surrounded by the motifs of an electrical tower, a power symbol, a computer, and a satellite dish antenna ensconced by a gearwheel, which is inscribed with the name of the college and the managing trust of the college and the motto of the college in Sanskrit. Goddess Saraswati represents wisdom, knowledge, music and arts; the gearwheel denotes engineering, technology, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the other motifs refer to the subject disciplines of engineering.

The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

THANGAVEL WOMEN’S ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE (TWASC) The emblem of Thangavel Women’s Arts And Science College (TWASC) features a ‘Vel’, the sacred spear of Lord Muruga supported by a nib of a pen also depicted as a lotus supported by an open book. The motto of the college ‘கற்றனைத்தூறும் அறிவு’ (396, Thirukkural, Thiruvalluvar) meaning ‘Knowledge Grows As Much As One Learns’ is inscribed below the pictorial.
