VALIA KOONAMBAIKULATHAMMA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (VKCET) The emblem of Valia Koonambaikulathamma College of Engineering and Technology (VKCET) features a traditional lamp on a yellow circle supported by an open book ensconced by a glowing sun and supported by a blue banner inscribed with its initials ‘VKCET’ and with the name outfits place. The border of the yellow circle is  inscribed with the name of the college. The book refers to knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the traditional lamp symbolises light, illumination, awakening, devotion, purity, guidance, protection, hope and prosperity; and the sun represents life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity.
