Its logo consists of word mark and a pictorial in grey and orange tones. The name is written in sans serif bold and the pictorial is an abstract flower with vibrant and dynamic strokes. Its tagline ‘Future Positive’ is written in thin sans serif.

UTTARANCHAL UNIVERSITY Uttaranchal University has come a long way since its inception in 2013 providing world class multidisciplinary education. The university's mission is to inculcate the essence of the Sanskrit Shloka ‘पदं हि सर्वत्र गुणैर्निधीयते’ meaning ‘Good Qualities Put their Footprints Everywhere’. The logo of the university has a blue and green abstract pictorial of ‘U’ and on its right a wordmark of its name in capitals thin serif letters with smooth transition of strokes.
