The circular emblem of Polavaram Project Authority (PPA) has a water dam, a pair of power transmission towers and a crest of cereals placed inside a circle and ensconced by a white and green circular borders bearing its name and ownership respectively. Below the circular motif, on a blue banner its initials are written in Devanagari and English.

BABA GHULAM SHAH BADSHAH UNIVERSITY Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) has come into existence by an Act of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly called the Jammu & Kashmir Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University Act No. XVI of 2002 and the same is recognised by the AICTE and UGC, New Delhi, under sections 2F and 12 B.
