DEFENCE WIVES WELFARE ASSOCIATION
The Defence Wives Welfare Association (DFWA) is the integrated association of tri-service wives welfare associations. “The Aim of the association is to work for the general welfare of the defence community comprising of wives and dependent family members of serving and retired personnel of the Army, Navy and Air Force including widows, both directly as well as through the respective Wives’ Welfare Associations of the Services i.e., AWWA, NWWA and AFWWA by synergising the planning and utilisation of resources and infrastructure available with them and sharing of best practices.” Its emblem, the ‘Tree of Life’, symbolises harmony between the three Services. Purple is the colour of jointmanship and integration between the three Services. It has a purple tree featured like a woman supporting the branches and leaves in three colours with a well-knit and integrated root within a circle. Around the circle its name and motto – ‘Together We Transform’ is written.

SOUTH CENTRAL ZONE CULTURAL CENTRE The  South Central Zone Cultural Centre (SCZCC), Nagpur one of the seven zonal cultural centres in India was  established in 1986 with its headquarters at Nagpur. It comprises the linguistically different States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Each of these States has rich traditions of folk, tribal, fine arts and crafts. Its logo has seven round cornered squares with black border of which one in the centre is filled with blue and the others with white. On top of this ‘Madhydakshini’ is written on Dwvanagari meaning ‘Southern Central’ is written in black.

NORTH ZONE CULTURAL CENTRE The North Zone Cultural Centre (NZCC) is located in Sheesh Mahal, Patiala. Patiala is the city of gardens and universities. It was inaugurated on November 6, 1985. The Centre has been registered under the registration of Societies Act 1860. The NZCC is one of the seven cultural centers established in the country to strengthen the ancient roots of Indian culture and evolve and enrich composite national culture. The Centre comprises regions from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan and Union Teritory Chandigarh. Its logo has a pentagonal tribal motif representing five major regions of the centre depicted in the form of a tile over orange background.

PROJECT EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL OF INDIA Project Export Promotion Council of India (PEPC) is an export promotion council set up by the Government of India in 1984 as Overseas Construction Council of India. PEPC in line with the foreign trade policy of the Government of India not only undertakes the necessary export promotion initiatives but also provides necessary technical information, guidance and support to Indian civil and engineering construction including process engineering contractors and consultants - in public or private sector - to set up overseas projects. Its logo has a world map in elliptical globe in golden yellow with white lines sweeping across it. In the backdrop are a set of grey lines symbolising movement and coverage. On top of it is its acronym ‘Project EPC’ and at the bottom is its motto ‘Synergy in Project Excellence’ are written.

CHERA DYNASTY The  Chera Dynasty was one of the Tamil dynasties in and before the Sangam period history of the State of Kerala and the Kongu Nadu region of Western Tamilnadu in southern India. Together with the Tamil dynasties of Cholas of Uraiyur, (Tiruchirappalli) and the Pandyas of Madurai, the early Cheras were known as one of the three major powers (muvendar) of ancient Tamizhagam in the early centuries of the Common Era. Bow and arrow is the symbol of Chera dynasty and this is found in many of the archaeological findings and literary records. Nedum Cheralathan was a Chera ruler of the early historic south India, contemporary to the Chola ruler Perunarkilli. He is the second known Chera ruler from the early Tamil literature, and is praised in the Second Ten of Pathitruppaththu. He patronized Jainism and Buddhism.

INDIAN DIAMOND INSTITUTE With the objective of enhancing the quality, design and global competitiveness of the Indian jewellery, the Indian Diamond Institute (IDI) was established as a Society in 1978 with its office located at Surat, the world’s biggest diamond manufacturing centre. It has two campuses, one in Katargam and the other in Vesu. The Institute is sponsored by the Department of Commerce and patronized by the Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC). The Institute conducts various diploma and other courses related to diamond trade and industry. The Institute also has certification services for diamonds, coloured stones and gold jewellery. Its logo in reddish brown colour has the depiction of diamond cutting strokes and its name and tag line ‘Passion: Technology: Innovation’ black in serif font is inserted in it.

THE THANJAVUR MAHARAJA SERFOJI’S SARASWATHI MAHAL LIBRARY The Thanjavur Maharaja Serfoji's Sarasvati Mahal Library (TTMSSML) is located in Thanjavur in Tamilnadu. It is one of the oldest libraries in Asia and has on display a rare collection of palm leaf manuscripts and papers written in Tamil, Hindi, English, Telugu, Marathi and a few other languages indigenous to India. The collection comprises well over 60,000 volumes, though only a tiny fraction of these are on display. The Saraswathi Mahal library started as a royal library for the private pleasure of the Nayak Kings of Thanjavur who ruled 1535 - 1675 AD. The Maratha rulers who captured Thanjavur in 1675 patronised local culture and further developed the library until 1855. Since 1918 it has been a possession of the state of Tamilnadu. SANGEET NATAK AKADEMI The Sangeet Natak Akademi - India's national academy for music, dance and drama - is the first national academy of the arts setup by the Republic of India. It was created on May 31, 1952. As the apex body specializing in the performing arts of the country, the Akademi also renders advice and assistance to the Government of India in the task of formulating and implementing policies and programmes in the field. Additionally, the Akademi carries a part of the responsibilities of the state for fostering cultural contacts between various regions in India, and between India and the world. It has constituent units, centre and interpretation centres spread all across India. The brown colour emblem of this academy has a horn and a traditional mask placed within a rectangle as a portrait. NATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE With the goal of promoting better corporate governance practices in India, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, on October 1, 2003 set up National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG) in partnership with Confederation of Indian Industry, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In the year 2010, stakeholders in NFCG has been expanded with the inclusion of ICWAI and the National Stock Exchange. Its grey coloured logo has its acronym written in sanserif italics bold and its name is written in black colour bold italics Sans serif.

NATIONAL GALLERY OF MODERN ART The idea of a national art gallery was first mooted in 1949. Dr S. Radhakrishanan formally inaugurated the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA) on March 29, 1954. It collection of more than 1700 works by 2000 plus artists. Its rectangular monogram in blue background with letters of its acronym in English and Devanagari in fresh green colour gives it a different look.

IEPF is a platform to promote awareness and it does not offer any investment advice or evaluation. IEPF was established under Section 205C (Establishment of Investor Education and Protection Fund) Act. Investor Education and Protection Fund (awareness and protection of investors) Rules, 2001 stipulate the activities related to investors’ education, awareness and protection for which the financial sanction can be provided under IEPF. Its logo in blue colour has three persons in silhoutte along with two piles of money are supported by a pen and guarding hands. It is ensconced by its name and its acronym is written in at the bottom.
