The green and yellow emblem of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kolasib, Mizoram (KVK) has a green hand holding a circular motif with a green border on which its name, pace and its year of inception are inscribed. Inside the circle a bold motif of cereal with yellow colour crests and green colour leaves are placed. This is an attractive, simple and meaningful emblem serving its purpose well. The colour green symbolises agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth and the colour yellow denotes happiness, energy, vitality, focus and creativity.
