The blue and orange circular seal of The Divine Life Society has a rising sun above flowing water placed inside a eleven petalled lotus in a blue circle. The circle is ensconced by a white border with orange outlines. The border is inscribed with its name in white on orange and its motto ‘Serve Love Give Meditate Realize’ separated by a pair of hands holding lotuses. The letter ॐ or Ohm is a symbol representing a sacred sound, syllable, mantra and an invocation; the lotus refers to purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles; the rising sun refers to life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the colour blue denotes serenity, calmness, trust, spirituality, wisdom, freedom, openness, intelligence and loyalty and divine beauty and orange denotes energy, vitality, creativity, inspiration, joy and happiness.

SAMBALPUR UNIVERSITY The Sambalpur University Act was passed by the Odisha Legislature on December 10, 1966 and the University started functioning from January 1, 1967. The university was inaugurated on January 4, 1967. In 1973 the University was shifted to the present campus named Jyoti Vihar at Burla. The emblem of the university has the motifs of gear wheels, chimney and electric transmission tower representing industry; plough representing agriculture; deer representing the local wildlife; an open book denoting knowledge and wisdom; a torch symbolising light, truth and power; the Wheel of Konark symbolising Odisha’s culture and history and river symbolising Mahanadi. All these are ensconced by a circular border and along the border the name of the university is written. The motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘विद्यया विन्दतेऽमृतम्’ (Verse 4 II, Kena Upanishad) meaning ‘By Self-knowledge Immortality is Attained’ is written at the bottom of the emblem.

INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES CENTRES AUTHORITY The circular emblem of International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) has its initials ‘IFSCA’ in blue sans serif with the horizontal stroke of ‘F’ in National Tricolours placed on a grey coloured globe ensconced by a white circular border with a pair of grey outlines  inscribed with its name. The globe refers to the international nature of the Authority and the tricolour stroke refers to Bharat or India.

The star refers to excellence and leadership; the rays emanating from the star refer to the institution's reach and impact; and the five triangles refer to the diverse fields of engineering. The overall design conveys a sense of unity, innovation, and commitment to academic excellence in science and technology.

GANDHI ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING (GATE) The emblem of Gandhi Academy of Technology and Engineering (GATE) features a gearwheel inscribed with the name and place of the college. The counter of the gearwheel houses an eighteen-pointed star inscribed with the initials of the college placed on a pedestal and the motifs of a traditional lamp,a hut,  a compass and setsquare, a globe on a stand and a house. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; and the star symbolises radiance, complex harmony, high-level structural unity and a multiplication of the mystical meanings associated with smaller stars. EMBLEM OF WEST BENGAL The emblem consists of a circle depicting a globe with the state of West Bengal highlighted by a representation of the Bengali alphabet 'পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার'. The National Emblem of India appears above the globe and the emblem includes the name of the state in the English. The central element of the emblem was also used by the Biswa Bangla campaign to promote sale of traditional West Bengali handicrafts and textiles. The current emblem was designed by Mamata Banerjee, the Chief Minister of the state and was officially adopted in January 2018. This logo, known as ‘Banglarmukh’ or Face of Bengal, depicted a female face surround by a red veil.

Behind the gearwheel, a flute symbolising Sri Jayadeva’s devotion to Lord Krishna is placed and a gearwheel is crested by the Ocellation or Eyespot of the peacock’s feather referring to Lord Krishna. On a banner placed below the gearwheel the name of the college is written. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure; the peacock refers to beauty, royalty, divinity, and renewal; and the sun represents life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

GANDHI INSTITUTE FOR TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT (GITA) The emblem of Gandhi Institute For Technological Advancement (GITA) features a bald eagle with its wings spread with Indian Tricolour festoons supporting an anchor with the initials of the college ‘GITA’. The eagle is supported by a banner inscribed with the name of the place of the college. These are ensconced by a circular outline of a chain. At the bottom, the motto of the college ‘Tested-Selected-Initiated’ is inscribed. The bald eagle or Garuda is a divine figure symbolising protection, loyalty, and the triumph of spiritual power over evil; the anchor and the chain symbolise stability, hope, strength, and secure, enduring bonds.
