JIGYASA UNIVERSITY 

The logo of Jigyasa University has a seal and word mark of its name. The seal has a spread of a blue flower supporting an open book, a torch and a rising sun. Its name surmounts the motifs and its motto in Sanskrit ‘तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय’ (Yajnavalkya,1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead Me to Light’ supports it. The name and the moto are separated by five lotuses on each side. The book represents education, knowledge, learning and intelligence; the flame of torch is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; the sun represents  life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity and the lotuses represent purity, enlightenment, rebirth, transformation, personal growth, resilience, overcoming obstacles and divine beauty.
