The circular seal of National Cooperative Organics Limited (NCOL) has a peacock in the background of a globe supported by a pair of shaking hands in yellow and orange referring to cooperation across the globe. The name of the cooperative and its motto in Sanskrit ‘जैविक आरोग्यजीवनाय’ meaning ‘For Organic Healthy Living’ are written on a border with blue outline ensconcing the motifs. The peacock symbolises  regrowth, rejuvenation, royalty, respect, honour, integrity, beauty, love and passion.

The laurels refer to success, hard work and perseverance; the green mountains and the rising sun refer to the Northeastern region and the Staff refers to medicine and the medical profession.
