These are ensconced by a decorative border in which its name is inscribed in Devanagari and English. Its name is written on the right in Devanagari and English in orange. The sun refers to  life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity and the shaking hands refers to coming together, unity and cooperation.

These are ensconced by a blue circle around which its name is written. This is supported by a pair of laurels. Below these motifs its acronym is written. The laurels refer to success, hard work and perseverance; the green mountains and the rising sun refer to the Northeastern region and the Staff refers to medicine and the medical profession.
