The emblem of Khadi Village Industries Commission (KVIC) has a woman working with a charka seated in fron of a hut, placed above the map of Bharat, the India ensconced by a circular border bearing its name in Devanagari and its initials ‘KVIC’. Below the circular emblem its motto in Sanskrit ‘कामये दुःखतप्तानाम् प्राणिनाम् आर्तिनाशनम्’ meaning ‘I Wish for the Relief of the Suffering of the Creatures Who are Suffering’ is placed.

The Graphic Era Educational Society (GEES) is a non-profit organisation.
