QUALITY CERTIFICATION DIRECTORATE
Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification Directorate (STQC) is an attached office of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology of Government of India, which provides quality assurance services in the area of electronics and information technology through countrywide network of laboratories and centres. The services include testing, calibration, information technology and e-governance, training and certification to public and private organizations. STQC laboratories are having national / International accreditation and recognitions in the area of testing and calibration. Besides testing and calibration STQC has specialized institutions such as Indian Institute of Quality Management (IIQM) for quality related training programmes, Centre for Reliability (CFR) for reliability related services and Centre for Electronics Test Engineering (CETE) for skill based trainings. Its emblem in dark blue has its acronym in reverse, with the bottom stroke of Q has been shown as an upward pointing arrow symbolising growth and achievement. Below this in cyan background is its motto in Sanskrit ‘Gunothkarshe Samridhihi’ meaning ‘Quality for Prosperity’.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

GLOBAL CENTRE FOR NUCLEAR ENERGY PARTNERSHIP Global Centre for Nuclear Energy Partnership (GCNEP) comes under the purview of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) of Government of India. The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. The taglines are supported on either side by Indian National Tricolour stripes.
