All the elements are placed on a rectangular panel with outline and two opposite rounded corners. The globe represents a worldwide scope and international benchmarks and indicates that the quality principles, standards and training provided are globally recognised and universally applicable; the text ‘TQM’ refers to Total Quality Management; and the outline signifies a structured environment, clear methodologies and a systematic approach to organisational optimisation.
