National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), an SPV of NHAI, (Formerly known as Cochin Port Road Company Limited) formed under the guidance of the MoRT&H for the implementation of multi-modal logistic parks (MMLPs), port connectivity roads, wayside amenities, value capture financing and other associated projects. NHLML will be responsible for end-to-end development of multimodal logistic parks, port connectivity, entrusted by NHAI from time to time, right from DPR preparation, land acquisition, project execution and O&M. Its cyan, grey and blue circular emblem has a ship and train in the horizon facilitated by roads and ways and in its bottom right its acronym NHLML is written.

The circular emblem of the university has an open book supporting a lotus with a background of mountains and surmounted by atomic structure. These are ensconced by a yellow circular border which carries its motto in Sanskrit ‘तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय’ (Yajnavalkya,1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead me to Light’ on one side and its name in Kashmiri on the other side. SANT GAHIRA GURU VISHWAVIDYALAYA The circular emblem of Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya (SGCG), formerly known a s Sarguja University has a circular border in orange and green and has its name, place and motto inscribed in Devanagari and supported by a pair of tribal ornaments. The motto is written in Sanskrit which is an extract from the Kathopanishad ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’, (Shloka 11, Ishopanishad) meaning ‘Immortality is Gained from Learning’.
