Indian Telephone Industries (ITI) founded in 1948 is a public sector undertaking in the telecommunications technology segment. It is a Central Government owned manufacturer of telecommunications equipment in India and has six manufacturing facilities that produce a range of switching, transmission, access and subscriber premises equipment. The company has manufacturing units in Bengaluru, Naini, Rae Bareli, Mankapur and Palakkad, along with an R&D centre in Bengaluru. The ITI Logo is a monogram created using its both Devanagari and English acronys inblue colour.
