INCREDIBLE INDIA

 Portraying the beauty of India as an attractive tourist destination by highlighting its rich culture and glorious history, Incredible India is an international tourism campaign that has been run by the Government of India since 2002. The campaign and the logo was conceptualised by Amitabh Kant and his team. The exclamation mark in the logo forms the letter ‘i’ of India and was used creatively across several visuals, which compliments the concept behind the word ‘Incredible’.

The circle is ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name and place of the college. A pair of laurels supports the border. Below the seal, the motto of the college ‘Knowledge & Empowerment’ is written. The book signifies the pursuit of higher education, standard knowledge acquisition and open access to academic exploration for all students; the sun represents the dispelling of ignorance through enlightenment and the bright future awaiting empowered graduates; and the laurels are traditional symbol representing academic achievement, honour and victory in the pursuit of personal excellence.

Established in 1976, NIC is a part of the Indian Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology of Government of India. The NIC logo is light blue in colour, which represents professionalism, trust, loyalty, confidence, productivity, wisdom, intelligence, strength, stability, peace, calmness and perseverance. The circle inside the gearwheel features blue sky with white mountains, red and blue abstract motifs of humans and a green tree.
