At the right bottom its acronym is written in green with a graph line depicting medical monitoring and its tagline ‘In Service to Public Health’. The motifs represent the medical service and the beneficiaries and the rising sun denotes  life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity. The colours used are earthy and affable for the beneficiaries to associate with comfort.
