The Joitiba College of Nursing Bhandu (JCN) was established in 2008-09 in the milk district of Mehsana in Gujarat State of India. Its emblem has caduceus, which is the traditional symbol of Hermes and features two snakes winding around a winged staff, which is used as a symbol of medicine. This is supported by a lamp and a book, symbolising hope, life, and knowledge. These are ensconced in a circle with a blue border, which carries its name and place. It has a dotted circle forming a border. This is supported by a pair of laurels at the bottom. Below this on a banner its motto ‘Care + Cure’ is written. The year of its establishment is written on the counter of the banner.
