DOOARS - TERAI

The India Tea has its varieties based on its geographical origins. India Tea has its emblem to represent its tea brand. There are logos for each of the protected tea regions: Darjeeling, Assam Orthodox, Assam CTC, Dooars CTC, Dooars Terai, Nilgiri Orthodox, Nilgiri CTC and Kangra tea. Anyone using one of the logos must be registered with the Tea Board of India and submit their purchase and sale information yearly. The orange circular emblem of Dooars - Terai tea has a tea bud with three leaves sprouting from the circumference of the circle supporting an elephant, which is its natural inhabitant. The top half is bordered by its name in sans serif font. All the elements are enclosed with a circular border line.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

THE QUAIDE MILLETH COLLEGE FOR MEN (QMCMEN) The emblem of The Quaide Milleth College for Men (QMCMen) features a green gearwheel inscribed with the quote from Quran in Arabic ‘مَن يُؤْتَ الْحِكْمَةَ فَقَدْ أُوتِيَ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا ’ (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:269) meaning ‘And whoever is granted wisdom has certainly been granted much Good’ and its motto ‘The Quest’. In the counter of the wheel is a dome of a mosque, an open book, an ink pot with a quill pen and a two pan beam balance. The colour green and the dome refers to the religious affiliation of the college and divine blessings and guidance; the book refers to education, learning and wisdom; the ink pot and pen refers to the heritage of learning, reading and writing; and the balance scale refers to justice, equality and fairness.

The circular emblem in orange and green has a gear wheel housing a pair of laurels and circle containing a map of India and its year of establishment ensconced by its motto ‘Knowledge is Power’ on a green border. GLOBAL CENTRE FOR NUCLEAR ENERGY PARTNERSHIP Global Centre for Nuclear Energy Partnership (GCNEP) comes under the purview of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) of Government of India. The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. The taglines are supported on either side by Indian National Tricolour stripes.
