The DRM Consortium has created the webpage of Digital Radio Mondiale India (DRMI)dedicated to India, bringing together useful information about the public broadcaster All India Radio (AIR). AIR's impressive implementation of the DRM digital radio standard in the country, which represents probably the biggest digital radio roll-out project in the world. Some 600 million people are covered at present by DRM digital signals due to AIR’s transmissions using thirty five MW transmitters. More than one million new cars are on the Indian roads today, all equipped with DRM radios, which come at no extra cost to the owners. It is an useful tool for any radio enthusiast and also for the industry, the receiver manufacturers, distributors and retailers in India and around the world. DRM India’s logo has DRM’s logo with the tricolour ‘India’ written below that.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ANDHRA PRADESH National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh (NIT AP) is the thirty-first institution among the chain of NITs started by the Government of India. NIT Andhra Pradesh was established in the state of Andhra Pradesh recently in the academic year 2015-2016. Its circular emblem has a ‘Poorna Kumbham’ or ‘Kalasha’ which means ‘Full or Complete Vessel’ when the pot is referred to as the Kalasha. The Purna-Kalasha is considered a symbol of abundance and 'Source of Life' in the Vedas. Purna-Kumbha is a Vedic motif, known from the time of Rigveda. These are ensconced in a circle, which is closed by a circular gear wheel, on which the name of the institute in Hindi and English and its tagline ‘श्रमेव जयते’ meaning ‘Hard Work Triumphs’ are written.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY KURUKSHETRA National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, NIT Kurukshetra was founded in 1963 as Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra. It was rechristened as National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra on June 26, 2002. Its brown colour emblem is a gear wheel, in whose border the name of the institute and the place is written. In a circle within the gear a bow and an upward pointing arrow is placed. The bow radiates energy. There is a downward pointing arrow in the name of the place emphazising the importance of the place and the grounding. NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY JAMSHEDPUR National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur (NIT Jamshedpur) or NITJSR) was formally inaugurated on August 15, 1960 at Adityapur. On December 27, 2002 RIT, Jamshedpur was upgraded to National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur with the Deemed University status. Its insignia in the form of an oblong shield has a number of elements and motifs within. Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE) is one of the prestigious engineering colleges in Karnataka. Established in 1997. VVCE is an autonomous institute affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. Its emblem is a gearwheel with sixteen teeth in a dark violet colour encompassing a yellow border and a light green circle. The border carries the name of the college. The light green circle has a magnetic circuit, a manufacturing plant, a satellite, a dish antenna and a transmission tower, a tree, a bridge, a computer and a flask. This covers all the major areas of learning in the college. Its acronym is placed below the emblem.

SYMBIOSIS SOCIETY Symbiosis Society is a Trust registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950 and a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860, having its registered office at Senapati Bapat Road, Pune in India. Its motto is 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakkam’ meaning ‘World is one Family’. In 2002, the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India conferred the 'Deemed to be University' status on Symbiosis. Its insignia in red colour has an emblem and its name written in sans serif capital letters with thick and thin strokes. The emblem is a globe tightly hugged by a stylized ‘S’, with its motto ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ written in Sanskrit. Adjacent to this is its name written.
