DD FREE DISH DTH

DD Free Dish DTH service is owned and operated by Public Service Broadcaster, Prasar Bharati. It was launched in December, 2004. DD Free Dish is the only Free-to-Air (FTA) Direct-To-Home (DTH) Service where there is no monthly subscription fee from the viewers. The logo of the entity has its anime written in red and black extra bold sans serif with borders. This is created using the blue logo of Doordarshan and the motif of a television dish antenna on the right side.

Thus began the cooperative, the Kaira District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd. Dr. Verghese Kurien took charge from 1950 and he was the first head of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). AMUL is derived from Sanskrit ‘Amoolya’ meaning invaluable. This is developed from Old English Text typeface and has stood the test of time and is fondly remembered by consumers. The logo is in red colour.

RASHTRIYA RIFLES Rashtriya Rifles (RR) was raised as a para-military force as it was envisaged that personnel posted to RR would comprise regular Army volunteers on deputation, ex-servicemen and lateral inductees from various para-military forces and central police organisations. However, ever since its inception this force has comprised hundred per cent regular Army deputationists. To reduce the commitment of Army on internal security duties, the Rashtriya Rifles has been at the forefront in counter-insurgency operations. Indian strategists believed that in the event of a war, the 40,000-strong Rashtriya Rifles would protect the lines of communication and supplies from terrorist attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. SAMAGRA SHIKSHA Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) - an overarching programme for the school education sector extending from pre-school to class twelve has been, prepared with the broader goal of improving school effectiveness measured in terms of equal opportunities for schooling and equitable learning outcomes. It subsumes the three erstwhile schemes of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) and Teacher Education (TE). The emblem of this mission has a cyan semi-circular base supporting four girls and four boys in blue colour with a pencil in national tricolour in the middle. The pencil is crested with a flame and supported by a book. At the bottom the tagline in Devanagari ‘पढ़े चलो, बड़े चलो' meaning ‘Keep Learning, Keep Growing’ in red is written.
