The Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited or HDFC was among the first financial institutions in India to receive an ‘in principle’ approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a bank in the private sector. HDFC Bank was incorporated in August 1994 in the name of HDFC Bank Limited, with its registered office in Mumbai, India. The bank commenced operations as a Scheduled Commercial Bank in January 1995. As of March 31, 2023, the bank had a nationwide distribution network of 7,821 branches and 19,727 ATMs / Cash Deposit and Withdrawal Machines (CDMs) across 3,811 cities / towns. Its red and blue logo has an abstract motif and a wordmark of its name in reverse lettering in blue background. The square shaped motif is adopted from its parent company. It has a square dot of blue representing wealth, secured by red brick walls. The white space in it creates a plus visual, symbolising trust, confidence and growth. Below this its tagline ‘We Understand Your World’ is written.

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ANDHRA PRADESH National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh (NIT AP) is the thirty-first institution among the chain of NITs started by the Government of India. NIT Andhra Pradesh was established in the state of Andhra Pradesh recently in the academic year 2015-2016. It was rechristened as National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra on June 26, 2002. Its brown colour emblem is a gear wheel, in whose border the name of the institute and the place is written. In a circle within the gear a bow and an upward pointing arrow is placed. The bow radiates energy. There is a downward pointing arrow in the name of the place emphazising the importance of the place and the grounding. VVCE is an autonomous institute affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. Its emblem is a gearwheel with sixteen teeth in a dark violet colour encompassing a yellow border and a light green circle. The border carries the name of the college. The light green circle has a magnetic circuit, a manufacturing plant, a satellite, a dish antenna and a transmission tower, a tree, a bridge, a computer and a flask. This covers all the major areas of learning in the college. Its acronym is placed below the emblem.
