NATIONAL HIGHWAYS INFRA TRUST

National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) was set up on October 19, 2020, in New Delhi pursuant to the Trust Deed as a contributory irrevocable trust in accordance with the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. The Trust is an infrastructure investment trust established for making investments in special purpose vehicles as defined under Regulation 2(1)(zy) of the InvIT Regulations or infrastructure projects or securities of Indian companies engaged in the infrastructure sector, as may be permitted in terms of Regulation 18 (5) of the InvIT Regulations. National Highways Infra Investment Managers Private Limited was incorporated as a private limited company on July 25, 2020, under the Companies Act, 2013. NHIIMPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of NHAI. Its logo has the logo of National Highways Authority of India along with its name ‘NHAI INVIT’ write in blue sans serif bold.

The bank's tagline is 'Aapka Bank, Aapke Dwaar'. The logo of the bank has a red circle superimposed by three parallel yellow strokes in unequal lengths flowing freely, upwards. The red dot denotes the hub of the bank and the parent organisation - Department of Post and the yellow lines denote its reach to each and every household providing them banking services. Yellow represents warmth, speed and light. The strokes denote speed, efficiency and quality service. AT the right of the motif, its name is written in red serif font, the serifs of which face left. The typeface is trendy, clean and crisp. At the bottom of this its tagline is written in brown.
