VIGNAN'S LARA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCE (VLITS) The cyan, blue and purple circular seal of Vignan's Lara Institute of Technology & Science (VLITS) features an abstract circular shape created by the repetition of ‘VL’ holding a star in the centre. The star refers to excellence and leadership; the rays emanating from the star refer to the institution's reach and impact; and the five triangles refer to the diverse fields of engineering. The overall design conveys a sense of unity, innovation, and commitment to academic excellence in science and technology.

ANDHRA PRADESH GRAMEENA VIKAS BANK Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank (APGVB), a Regional Rural Bank (RRB) was established in the year 2006 under an act of Parliament by amalgamating Manjeera Grameena Bank (Medak); Sangameshwara Grameena Bank (Mahabubnagar); Kakatiya Grameena Bank (Warangal); Nagarjuna Grameena Bank (Khammam and Nalgonda) and Sri Visakha Grameena Bank (Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam) with head office at Hanamkonda, Warangal (Urban District) sponsored by State Bank of India is operating in twenty one districts of Telangana State and three districts of Andhra Pradesh. The logo of the bank has a green motif and blue word mark of its acronym, supported by its tagline ‘We Are With You’. The motif is in a squircle sporting a human depicted like a trunk of a tree and its foliage is treated like eleven humans holding their hand forming a chain. SAMBALPUR UNIVERSITY
SAMBALPUR UNIVERSITY The Sambalpur University Act was passed by the Odisha Legislature on December 10, 1966 and the University started functioning from January 1, 1967. The university was inaugurated on January 4, 1967. In 1973 the University was shifted to the present campus named Jyoti Vihar at Burla. The emblem of the university has the motifs of gear wheels, chimney and electric transmission tower representing industry; plough representing agriculture; deer representing the local wildlife; an open book denoting knowledge and wisdom; a torch symbolising light, truth and power; the Wheel of Konark symbolising Odisha’s culture and history and river symbolising Mahanadi. All these are ensconced by a circular border and along the border the name of the university is written. The motto of the university in Sanskrit ‘विद्यया विन्दतेऽमृतम्’ (Verse 4 II, Kena Upanishad) meaning ‘By Self-knowledge Immortality is Attained’ is written at the bottom of the emblem.

UDAYANATH COLLEGE OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY (UCST) The blue emblem of Udayanath College of Science & Technology (UCST) features Urdhva Pundra - a tilak of a Vaishnava sect with its middle stroke depicted as a flame of fire. An abstract depiction of the holy river Prachi supports the tilak. The motifs are ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name of the college. The seal is placed on a decorated platform. The motto of the college in Sanskrit ‘तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय’ (Yajnavalkya, 1.3.28, Pavamana Mantra, Brihadaranyaka Upanishad) meaning ‘From Darkness Lead Me to Light’ is written is inscribed on the front side of the platform. Below this, the name of the place of college is written. The tilak symbolises humble surrender at the Lord's feet, spiritual purity, and divine protection from negative influences; the flame symbolises transformation, passion, purification, and divine knowledge; and the river refers to the nativity of the college.

THE TECHNO SCHOOL, BHUBANESWAR (TTS BHUBANESWAR) The emblem of The Techno School, Bhubaneswar (TTS Bhubaneswar) features a six-petalled red flower with its centre depicted as a gearwheel and ensconced by a circular border with blue outlines inscribed with name and other details of the college. The name of the college is written on the right in blue bold serif capitals.The tagline of the college ‘For a Quantum Leap in Degree Engineering’ is written below the name in red script letters. The flower symbolises commonly called a hexafoil or a component of the Flower of Life, symbolises creation, sacred geometry, and divine balance; and the gearwheel symbolises engineering education.

SPINTRONIC TECHNOLOGY & ADVANCE RESEARCH (STAR) The emblem of Spintronic Technology & Advance Research (STAR) features a yellow and bluetoned star inscribed with the college’s acronym encircled by fifteen stars in yellow, red and blue shades. On a blue ribbon placed below the star, the name and place of the college are written. The large star represents the acronym ‘STAR’ and reflects the institution's vision for students to ‘sparkle in the galaxy of technological arena’. It symbolises the ‘conquering of all frontiers’ in technical education and the aim for students to become leading luminaries. The ring of stars represents a community of scholars or diverse engineering disciplines. The shades of colours represent the different branches of engineering offered; and the gold and yellow hues in the emblem symbolise excellence, quality, and high standards in education and research.

TRIDENT ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY, BHUBANESWAR (TAT BHUBANESWAR) The emblem of Trident Academy of Technology, Bhubaneswar (TAT Bhubaneswar) features a circle housing the motifs of a pair of open books with a torch with flame in between and the monogram of its initials ‘TAT’ with its year of establishment. The circle is ensconced by a circular border inscribed with the name and its status. A semicircular gearwheel supports the seal. The books denote knowledge, education, learning and wisdom; the torch with flame is an emblem of enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; and the gearwheel refers to engineering education.

SRINIX COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (SCE) The emblem of Srinix College of Engineering (SCE) features an orange circle with the motifs of a three-pointed star (consists of three intersecting tetrahedrons or three-dimensional pyramid-like spikes), an electrical transmission line, a sprocket wheel, a satellite dish antenna, a water dam, a computer, a traditional lamp and an openbook. The circle is placed in the counter of an orange gearwheel inscribed with the name of the college and its year of inception. A pair of green laurels support the gearwheel and the name of the place of the college is inscribed on a banner placed below the wheel. WESTERN AIR COMMAND
WESTERN AIR COMMAND The origin of the Western Air Command can be traced back to the nascent years of independent India, when the various formations of the Air Force were organised into two groups. On July 22, 1949 the No 1 Operational Group was re-designated as the Operational Command. The Command assumed its present name of Headquarters Western Air Command on June 10, 1963. Headquarters Western Air Command, located at Subroto Park, New Delhi, has over 200 bases placed under its command and has been involved in all major operations in India since independence. Due to its geographical location the Command has always been the hub-centre of all operational activities during any operation. Its insignia has a ‘trishul’ and an eagle in the centre of a circle which is topped by India’s national emblem. Its motto in Sanskrit ‘Akashmasthseema’ in golden border is placed at the bottom.

SILICON INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, SAMBALPUR (SIT) The blue and grey or silver word mark logo of Silicon Institute of Technology, Sambalpur (SIT) features the name of the college in two lines, with the word ‘Silicon’ and ‘Techno’ written in blue. The colour palette of royal blue signifies authority, intelligence and stability in academic settings and grey or silver is associated with technology and modernity.
