The circular seal of Department of Sports, Government of Uttarakhand has  has a motif of a pair of sportspersons forming the centre of a flower with twelve petals carrying the motifs of different sports crested by the State emblem of Uttarakhand and ensconced by a blue circular border inscribed with ‘खेल निदेशालय’. Below the circle,on a white banner ‘उत्तराखण्ड’ is written.

U.P. RAJARSHI TANDON OPEN UNIVERSITY The U.P. Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU), Allahabad, was established on March 24, 1999. It is named after Bharat Ratna Rajarshi Purusottam Das Tandon ji, an illustrious son of Mother India.
