The predominantly blue toned emblem of Gangasagar 2025 has three temple towers representing Kapil Muni, Bhagirath and the Goddess Ganga is placed over the background of flowing waters referring to the river Ganga flowing into the Bay of Bengal. Below the motifs the name of the event ‘Milan Tirtha Gangasagar 2025’ is placed. All these are ensconced by a decorative circular border. At the bottom of the circle, the State Emblem of Government of West Bengal is placed with flourishes on both ends of top. Since the event is held over the waters of the river and the sea, the logo is created in tones of blue.

GLOBAL CENTRE FOR NUCLEAR ENERGY PARTNERSHIP Global Centre for Nuclear Energy Partnership (GCNEP) comes under the purview of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) of Government of India. The vignetted blue to cyan colour circular logo has a partial structure of atom on top and its acronyms in Devanagari and English. The motto of the institution is written along the circumference in Devanagari ‘राष्ट्र की सेवा में परमाणु’ meaning ‘Atoms in the Service of the Nation, above and below respectively in grey. The taglines are supported on either side by Indian National Tricolour stripes.

RAJMATA VIJAYARAJE SCINDIA KRISHI VISHWA VIDYALAYA The Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Gwalior was established by Government of Madhya Pradesh on August 19, 2008 by bifurcating the JNKVV, Jabalpur. The green toned circular emblem of the university has a motif of a farmer tilling the soil using cattle and plough placed over an open book signifying the knowledge, wisdom and education of agriculture. Below this its motto in Sanskrit ‘कृषि मूलम् जगत् सर्वम्’ meaning ‘Agriculture is the Root of the World’ is written. All these are ensconced in two circular borders, of which one carries its name and place in English and the outer one carries its name and place in Devanagari supported by a pair of wheat ears. The ears of wheat signifies prosperity, food, wealth and nourishment and the colour green signifies agriculture, nature, growth, balance, harmony, environment, prosperity, vitality, prestige, wealth and being very down to earth.

DIRECTORATE OF FORENSIC SCIENCE SERVICES During 1983, the then Scientific Advisory Committee to the Cabinet (SAC-C) under the overall guidance of an Expert Committee chaired by Prof. M. M. Sharma, FRS, recommended that the laboratories in Delhi, Calcutta and Hyderabad must be developed as Science and Technology institutions, functioning in an autonomous fashion. Accordingly, the Government of India declared the forensic science Institutions, as Science and Technology institutions. In the first phase, the three Central Forensic Science Laboratories at Calcutta, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh were restructured into six scientific division viz. Biology, Ballistics, Chemistry, Explosive, Physics and Toxicology.
