The circular seal of National Institute of Wind Energy (NIWE) has a power symbol in yellow ochre colour supporting a cyan dot, which also represents windmill and generation of power. These are supported by four sets of concentric circular strokes in cyan. Its name is written in Devanagari and in English. All these are ensconced by a cyan circle. On a panel below the circle its acronym is written in Devanagari and English. The colour cyan represents sky, hope and spring, peace, tranquillity, calmness, relaxation and balance.

DigiLocker provides an account in cloud to every Indian citizen to access authentic documents and certificates such as driving licence, vehicle registration, academic mark list in digital format from the original issuers of these certificates. It also provides one GB storage space to each account to upload scanned copies of legacy documents. Its emblem in purple colour has a cloud with a keyhole with a background of a document. MAULANA AZAD NATIONAL URDU UNIVERSITY Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is a Central University established by an Act of Parliament in 1998. The logo of the university has two strokes of orange and green forming the shape of ‘U’ in tricolour and has a ‘Ashoka Chakra’ at its top. This is supported by an open book on which images of an atom and a burning candle are depicted. Its name is written in Urdu atop the emblem on a banner; written in Devanagari on a banner above the logo and in English at its bottom. SANT GAHIRA GURU VISHWAVIDYALAYA The circular emblem of Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya (SGCG), formerly known a s Sarguja University has a circular border in orange and green and has its name, place and motto inscribed in Devanagari and supported by a pair of tribal ornaments. The motto is written in Sanskrit which is an extract from the Kathopanishad ‘विद्ययाऽमृतमश्नुते’, (Shloka 11, Ishopanishad) meaning ‘Immortality is Gained from Learning’. Inside the border, motifs of a drum, supported by a pair of horns; an open book topped by a red sun ; a banyan tree and a pair of crests of millets are placed. The banyan tree symbolises strength, individuality, expression, calmness, growth, the interconnectedness of everything and perpetuity; the sun denotes life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity; the open book denotes knowledge, education, wisdom and learning and horns, drum and crests of millets denote tribal culture and food.
