The torch represents enlightenment, hope, life, truth and the regenerative power; the Staff and the serpents represents medicine and medical profession; the laurels denote ceremonies, victory, achievement, hard work and dedication and the rising sun denotes life, energy, power, positivity, illumination, light and clarity.
