A yellow banner inscribed with the college’s initials ‘RSCE’ displayed on the gearwheel prominently and the name of the college and its motto in Sanskrit ‘"ऋते ज्ञानात् न मुक्तिः’ meaning ‘Without Knowledge There is No Salvation’ are written on the circumference of the wheel. A brown circular outline holds this assemblage. The gearwheel denotes technology, engineering, interconnectedness, efficiency, precision, progress, advancement, synchronisation, timing, order and structure.
